About Luigi-II

Agricultural decision support built for real farms.

Luigi-II is being developed to help small and mixed agricultural operations manage records, schedules, maps, compliance evidence, and farm decisions without giving up local control.

Developed by SFV Holdings, Inc.

Practical farm software for practical agricultural operations.

Mission

At SFV Holdings, we believe that good farming decisions come from good information, practical experience, and common sense.

The mission of Luigi-II is to provide farmers, ranchers, growers, orchardists, vineyard managers, aquaculture operators, and other agricultural professionals with a practical, affordable decision support system that helps them manage their entire operation more effectively.

Luigi-II is designed to help agricultural operations keep better records, plan work, manage resources, document compliance activities, and make more informed decisions without requiring constant internet connectivity or expensive proprietary equipment.

We believe farmers should own and control their data. We believe technology should support the farmer, not the other way around. We believe agricultural software should work for small and diversified operations just as well as it works for large enterprises.

Our goal is simple: to help agricultural producers spend less time fighting paperwork and software and more time producing food, fiber, fuel, livestock, and other agricultural products.

Luigi-II is being developed by farmers, for farmers, with a focus on practical solutions to real-world agricultural challenges.

Vision

We envision a future where every agricultural operation, regardless of size, has access to the information, tools, and decision support needed to thrive.

Our vision is to make advanced agricultural management and decision support available not only to large enterprises, but also to family farms, diversified operations, specialty crop growers, ranches, vineyards, orchards, aquaculture facilities, and other agricultural businesses that are often overlooked by modern agricultural software providers.

We believe the future of agriculture will require producers to manage increasing complexity, including regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, labor management, food safety, traceability, financial sustainability, and changing market conditions. Meeting these challenges requires better information and better decisions.

Luigi-II seeks to become the trusted agricultural operating platform that helps producers understand their operations, document their activities, protect their investments, and improve their long-term success.

We envision a system that preserves the independence of agricultural producers by allowing them to maintain ownership of their data, operate effectively even in areas with limited connectivity, and make decisions based on knowledge rather than guesswork.

Our ultimate vision is simple: stronger farms, stronger rural communities, and a stronger agricultural economy built on informed decisions, practical technology, and the enduring knowledge of the people who work the land.

Management

SFV Holdings, Inc. is led by a management team that combines decades of practical agricultural experience with expertise in technology, business operations, compliance, and marketing.

Luella Mozingo – President

Luella Mozingo is responsible for the strategic direction, marketing, and agricultural compliance activities of SFV Holdings. A lifelong Indiana farmer, she holds a degree in Marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and brings decades of hands-on agricultural experience to the organization.

In addition to her work with SFV Holdings, Luella serves as an independent contract inspector for multiple agricultural certification organizations, conducting inspections related to organic production, grass-fed livestock, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Non-GMO programs. Her extensive experience working with producers and certifiers provides valuable insight into the recordkeeping, compliance, and operational challenges faced by modern agricultural operations.

Nicola "Nick" Granny – Vice President of Operations and Lead Developer

Nick Granny oversees operations and leads the development of the Luigi-II Agricultural Decision Support System. He brings more than four decades of experience in software development, electronics, artificial intelligence, manufacturing technology, data systems, and advanced decision-support applications.

In addition to his technology background, Nick is an active Indiana farmer and winemaker. His combined experience in agriculture and technology helps ensure that Luigi-II remains focused on practical solutions to real-world agricultural challenges rather than theoretical features that provide little value in day-to-day farm operations.

Together, Luella and Nick guide the development of Luigi-II with a simple philosophy: build practical tools that help agricultural producers make better decisions, maintain better records, and operate more successful agricultural enterprises.
